If you're passionate about running and ready to elevate your cross country game, this is the camp for you! Train alongside like-minded athletes, get one-on-one advice from experienced coaches, and hear inspiring stories from guest athletes who join in person or via Zoom. You'll dive into training techniques, injury prevention, mental toughness, race strategy, dynamic drills, and more—all designed to give you an edge for the upcoming XC season. Groups are based on ability, so there's no pressure—just progress. If your heart’s in the sport, you’ll leave camp motivated, better prepared, and confident. But if running’s not your thing, this probably isn’t your week—we’re all about real running here!
