One River School Lake Oswego offers contemporary art and digital design classes for kids, teens, and adults, with a focus on hands-on creative learning.
Each summer, the school runs a wide variety of art camps for students entering kindergarten through 12th grade, including studio art, digital art, sculpture, animation, and more, with programs grouped by grade level.
The school is located in the Kruse Way area of Lake Oswego.
About the activity:
Teens learn the ancient art of cloisonné updated with modern resin materials. Students build metal wire frameworks on glass panels, then fill each cell with colored resin to produce luminous stained-glass-style suncatchers. Covers wire-working, metal shaping, and resin color theory.
