One River School Lake Oswego offers contemporary art and digital design classes for kids, teens, and adults, with a focus on hands-on creative learning.
Each summer, the school runs a wide variety of art camps for students entering kindergarten through 12th grade, including studio art, digital art, sculpture, animation, and more, with programs grouped by grade level.
The school is located in the Kruse Way area of Lake Oswego.
About the activity:
Inspired by NASA missions and James Webb Space Telescope imagery, young scientists design, build, and launch model rockets while exploring space concepts through art and science. Kids produce space-themed artwork and conduct hands-on STEAM activities connecting creativity with real space science.
