About the activity:

Junior Crew is designed for teens who enjoy helping younger learners while continuing to build and create themselves. Participants support the camp environment by assisting with setup, materials, and light project support while also engaging in many of the hands-on STEAM activities throughout the week. This leadership-focused experience helps teens build responsibility, confidence, and real-world helping skills in a supportive studio setting. Junior Crew members are mentors and role models, not campers, and are expected to contribute positively to the studio community.
