About the activity:
Each morning begins with a scenic half-mile hike through pastures, forests, and a creek, ending in a beautiful oak savanna. Guided by expert educators, campers will explore nature, build outdoor skills, and foster curiosity, connections, and mindfulness. At Wild & Mindful, kids combine outdoor adventures with mindfulness! Each day offers hiking, crafts, and wildlife exploration alongside yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques. Campers connect with nature and themselves, building focus, resilience, and joy while fostering lifelong well-being.
