About the activity:

Calling all clarinet players in grades 6-10 with at least one year of band experience! Strengthen your foundation and take your playing to the next level in this engaging and supportive camp. Focus on key fundamentals like embouchure, air support, tone production, and sight-reading through a mix of group lessons, individual coaching, and ensemble playing. Explore techniques to improve your skills, practice effectively, and connect with fellow music enthusiasts. The week concludes with an informal performance to showcase your progress. Whether you play a soprano or bass clarinet, this camp, led by Lewis & Clark College’s esteemed clarinet instructor Dunja Marcum, is the perfect opportunity to grow your confidence and musicality!
