About the activity:

Students dive into the Engineering Design Process to design, build, test, and refine machines and mechanical systems. While creating roller coasters, eggstreme defense vehicles, and more, they’ll master concepts like energy, traction, aerodynamics, and durability—turning ideas into engineering marvels! While in the afternoon, students harness the Engineering Design Process to create, test, and refine flying machines. They’ll design a shock-absorbing lunar vehicle to protect marshmallow astronauts, launch air-powered rockets, and build a model blimp that really flies. It’s hands-on fun that soars to new heights!
