Prerequisites: Basic reading skills are helpful but not required. Students should be comfortable using a mouse and keyboard. Adult assistance is required during camp.

Class Description: Spark your child’s creativity in our Little Coders class! Designed for early learners (ages 5-7), this course introduces young minds to the exciting world of coding through fun, interactive activities. Using engaging online tools like Lightbot, Kodable, and Scratch, students will develop computational thinking skills while learning fundamental coding concepts such as loops and conditionals. Through hands-on projects, they’ll bring their ideas to life by coding simple games, animated stories, and characters—all while making new friends and having tons of fun! Our curriculum is tailored to their unique cognitive abilities and attention spans, ensuring a supportive and engaging learning experience. By the end of the course, your child will be confidently coding their very own Scratch projects!
