Engineering For Kids of Portland Metro offers hands-on STEM programs for children aged 4 to 14, including classes, camps, and workshops in robotics, coding, and engineering. Their engaging activities foster critical thinking and creativity in a fun, supportive environment. With a focus on inspiring the next generation of innovators, they make STEM learning exciting and accessible.

About the activity:

Who has what it takes to be a world-class athlete? In this five-day camp, students will join county teams and compete in exciting tests of mental and creative strength against rival teams. As they strive to become the next great Olympians and earn “medals,” students will dive into the fields of mechanical, marine, electrical, and civil engineering. Through hands-on challenges, they’ll strengthen their minds and discover the exciting possibilities of engineering! While in the afternoon, dive into the exciting LEGO® EV3 Robotics Program, where students unleash their creativity to build and program robots! They’ll tackle specific tasks while reimagining and enhancing their designs for ultimate performance.
