Located in the Hawthorne neighborhood, our performance-based programs offer lessons in guitar, bass, drums, keyboard, and vocals, all taught by experienced musicians. Combining private instruction with group band rehearsals, students of all ages and skill levels gain the confidence and skills to perform live at local venues. About the activity:

From its gritty DIY roots to mainstream success, Indie Rock has shaped modern music with its high-energy sound. In this exciting week-long camp, musicians ages 8-17 will dive into songs by The Strokes, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Vampire Weekend, and more! Campers will rehearse and refine their skills Monday through Friday, preparing for an epic live performance at the end of the week. This camp is perfect for students with prior experience on their instrument, ensuring a fun and rewarding experience for all. Join us for a week of indie rock energy and unforgettable music-making!
